Joe Taveira (Lakeville, MA)

"Thank you for helping us find out first home on Elders Pond Dr Lakeville...You were there every step of the way, giving us the reassurance that everything would be okay."

Matthias & Clare Leitzmann (Easton, MA)

"We recently had the pleasure to deal with Bobbie Files and Charles Lima from Keller Williams Realty when we listed our house for sale.

Both Bobbie and Charles handled the entire process flawlessly. They took the time to explain to us in detail what to expect and worked tirelessly to move from the pre-listing stage, to listing the house, organizing showings, and generating offers. The work was diligent, efficient, and very professional. At the same time, Bobbie and Charles were always reachable along the way and willing to answer any of our questions.

If we ever need to list another property down the road, we would not even consider reaching out to anybody, but Bobbie and Charles. From our vantage point, we can highly recommend them and feel confident that homeowners looking to list and sell with Bobbie and Charles will be in excellent hands."

Alex Almeida (Raynham, MA)

"Charles was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, returned calls from us within minutes almost every time, gave us his professional opinions and advice, and really made us feel at ease even during the most frusterating parts of the process. We ran into a few roadblocks along the way, and Charles was quick to offer solutions and implement them. He really made the whole process look and feel easier by putting his obvious knowledge and experience to work for us.

Should we ever need the services of an agent again, Charles is at the top of our list!"

David Mullen (Easton, MA)

"I want to thank and commend you for a job well done. During the sale of my home you displayed the unique ability to identify and solve problems. You were instrumental in streamlining the many tasks that encumber the sale of a home. I was impressed with your patience and ability to communicate cleary the goals and objectives to all parties involved in the successful sale of a home.

Charlie, not only are you a great realtor as I found during the successful sale of my house. I was also privileged to meet a terrific person. I will highly recommend you to all buyers and sellers who want to experience success in the movement of real estate."

John R. Flecchia (Taunton, MA)

"I would like to commend Charles A. Lima in the handling of my condo sale. He performed professionally, efficiently and outstandingly in the manner of the sale."

Virna Brown (Prime Mortgage)

"It has been a pleasure working with you to help Frank and Karen Irwin get into their new home. I have been a mortgage loan officer for the past 15 years, and have dealt with several realtors in my time. I could tell immediately after a short time on the phone, that you were one of the most professional individuals and that is the way you conducted your business as well...

I wish I could say that everyone is as on top of their job as you are...

I hope that we can do more business together in the future, and would consider it an honor to handle mortgage financing on anyone you refer."

Tim & Heidi Gerritsen (Norton, MA)

From day one you were always prompt, kind, patient and willing to answer any and all questions no matter how simple they might have been. You always had a positive outlook and even when we experienced a few trials and tribulations, you had a way of reassuring us that everything would turn out alright."

"Dear Mr. Serto,

I am writing to you with regards to Mr. Charles Lima. He helped make such a frustrating event in our lives a memorable one. He was there every time I needed to answer any and all questions. He is truly an indispensable asset to your organization. Thank You to you and your staff for all the hard work."

John & Cathy Forte (Sagamoro Beach, MA)

"Cathy and I want to tell you again how happy we were with your professionalism and in the way you handled the sale of house on Greenfield Street. You or one of your associates was always available to answer any questions that arose. You did a great job having an open house, advertising in the newspaper and on the internet. You gave our house the exposure that was needed. You gave us peace of mind, which was so important after being in a house for 20 years.

We will not hesitate recommending your services to our friends. Many thanks to you and your associates at Keller Williams. Please keep in touch!"

Dear Charlie,

I hope this E-mail finds you well. Happy New Year. We have not chatted in a while, and I wanted to send you my regards. I am eager to see how life is treating you. Keller Williams Realty should consider themselves blessed to have such a valuable and hardworking gentleman, and an asset to their team. I can't speak enough to your level of professionalism. I can tell you how happy we are that we are finally in our home. It was a bitter sweet ending. I did not know how to react as you witnessed at the closing. It was sort of surreal. I mean I was signing all of those documents and then receiving the keys, and all was just fine in the world at that moment. I was shocked at how quickly and smoothly the day (the closing) went. How could that be, when it was nearly seven months of what seemed like a rollercoaster ride? Imagine the constant wait for the other shoe to drop, ironically coming down to 30 minutes. Please know that I was smiling so big inside. I owe a bit of this defeat to you. You stuck by me, and listened to all of my hemming and hawing. To say that you have big shoulders, is understated. I am sure that you made many sacrifices through the 7 month ordeal. I credit you for being so patient and compassionate, as I do know that you had bigger fish to fry. Your support is what truly drove me, allowing me just enough sanity to hang on one more week, one more month, make that one more call, etc..... etc..... etc....... There were days I wanted to pull my hair out, however there you were, talking me down and away from the edge. You always provided me with annoying words of wisdom, and I say that with so much respect, as it didn't seem like much sense at the time. It was a very stressful process. I was unruly at times and found it difficult to relate to those words and "stories from the road." I realize now that you were so insightful. So I often refused to grasp words, but you did succeed in calming me always. On the other hand, I appreciated your being forthright when you needed to be. You also went above and beyond in advocating for me. You knew this house was mine, when I was convinced it was not meant to be. It seems like so long ago. The first viewing and deposit on the house (May24, 2003) to the closing on December 15, 2003. Everything in between could have left a bitter taste, but it didn't thanks to you. I have learned a great deal during this experience, about myself and especially about people. Perhaps a bit about real estate as well. I will leave that to you though. Midway you made a courageous career move, and I'm so honored, you chose to take me with you and see this sale through. You had several personal and difficult misfortunes yourself Charley, yet still you found the strength and time to carry on with everything. I am grateful for having you in my corner, as it wasn't your duty to be representing me as the buyer, but for representing me as a person and now your friend. In close, I would like to also extend my gratitude for your thoughtful gesture in hosting an open house for my friends and family. I am humbled that you have taken the time out of your busy schedule to organize this, think about food and send out invitations. I hope this is a celebration for you as well. I am glad to be your first closing with Keller Williams.

Very Truly Yours,

Your Friend, LoriAnn Guyer

Dear Charles,

I apologize for just sending a note out to you now, but do you know how crazy it is to move with four kids? We actually did not move into the house until October 12 so that we could do some work to it before we moved in. Bryan and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our heart for all your help, knowledge and experience in the real estate business. For so long, we looked and looked and nothing, then we were sent to you and the rest is history. It was an honor and a pleasure to have you as our real estate broker and we would like to say Thank You again for all you have done for us. We have given some cards out to freinds and famiily if they are looking or selling to get in touch with you. Charles, thank you again I cannot say it enough we so much appreciate everything you did for us. Yes, the boys finally have there own dog, a black lab, 11 weeks old and his name is Pheonix and he is the joy of the new home. Thank You!!

Sincerely,

Bryan and Laurie
